About MJG
Led by Mario Garcia, MJG Contracting & Restoration Corp. brings experience in field supervision, project management, and construction-business ownership to building, improving, and restoring property.
Leadership & experience
Mario Garcia brings approximately 30 years of construction experience to MJG Contracting & Restoration Corp. His background includes about 15 years working in superintendent and project management roles and about 15 years running his construction companies.
That experience connects what happens in the field with the decisions that keep a project moving. Existing conditions, structural connections, trade coordination, material selections, and finished details all affect how the work comes together. Mario's background gives him a practical understanding of those relationships.
Based in Monroe, North Carolina, Mario leads MJG with an emphasis on understanding the property, defining the work, and communicating the decisions a project requires. Whether you are planning a custom home, adding living space, remodeling an existing property, or rebuilding after damage, the conversation begins with your goals and the conditions that will shape the work.
How we approach the work
A property can require different kinds of work at different stages. A new home begins with a vision for the site. An addition must connect thoughtfully to the existing building. A remodel may bring structural or environmental conditions into the scope. Damage from fire, water, mold, or storms can require both remediation and reconstruction.
MJG's service range brings these needs into the project conversation. We discuss how the work relates, what the project requires, and the appropriate next steps.
Homes planned around the property, the owner's needs, and the agreed construction scope.
Added living space with attention to how new work connects to the existing home.
Changes to layouts, interiors, and finishes that support how the property will be used.
Removal work planned around the site, existing conditions, and the next phase of the project.
Licensed services for lead paint, asbestos, and mold concerns, including testing, remediation, and abatement as applicable.
Repair and reconstruction following fire, water, mold, and storm damage.
